We recommend storing your products in the protective cloth dust bags we provide in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or bright lights. Take care to avoid your leather products getting wet or stained. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry with a lint-free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent.

Please avoid scratching or rubbing your products against abrasive surfaces. Over time, our delicate leather products will acquire a beautiful patina with the proper care.

Free Shipping and Returns

MCM offers complimentary FedEx ground shipping and returns in Canada. We also offer expedited FedEx next day shipping for $30. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 2pm EST in order to be shipped the same day. Please refer to the Shipment section in our FAQs for more information.

For returns, we create each MCM item to be exceptional, but we understand that things sometimes don’t work out. With the exception of final sale items, face accessories and underwear, you can return anything from the MCM Online Store within 30 days of receipt.
