MCM’s seasonal sales happen twice a year. You can sign up HERE to receive a personalized invitation to each sale, as well as alerts about other exclusive promotions and events. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments on items purchased during a sale, or on promotional items that have been temporarily reduced in price. Please also note that sale purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges are available.

Account registration is not necessary for shopping and placing orders, but it does come with benefits. With an MCM account, you can:

Yes it is. We insure all items against theft and accidental damages while they’re in transit to you. Once your items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, we recommend that you refuse the delivery, or make a note that you are accepting a damaged box when you sign for it. You’ll know you’ve placed an order successfully when you receive an order confirmation from us via email. Remember that even if an item has been added to your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order. The only way to secure your desired items is to finish the checkout process. Only the order confirmation email confirms we have received your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email notification with the shipping information.

The order confirmation email lets you know your order is being processed. Then, the shipping confirmation email tells you that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to you.

We understand why you’d want to get your MCM items as fast as possible, so we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays. Shipping time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted and includes two business days for processing and dispatching. (Note: Processing may take longer during our sale periods or other high-peak seasons.) We offer complimentary Fed Ex ground shipping to addresses within Canada and expedited shipping for the following extra charges:

Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 2 pm EST in order to be shipped the same day

We require a signature for all deliveries and therefore do not ship to PO Boxes

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number. If you have an account at the MCM Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment at your “My Account” link. If you do not have a registered account, you can still track your orders using your order tracking number here.

Once your order is placed, we’ll be unable to change or cancel it, so please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order. If you decide you don’t want something, you can return it within 30 days, unless it is a final sale item.

No, but you will not be able to fill your shopping bag with more than 10 items per order. Please note, that MCM reserves the final right to accept (or refuse) your order, as indicated within the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of our site.
